Turn FacultyExpertise intoInteractive Avatars

We build avatars for educational institutions. Each one learns from a professor's lectures, voice, and teaching style so it can teach a class, answer questions, and support students' learning.

What it does

Three things, end to end.

01

We build it.

The professor sends us their lectures, slides and voice. We turn it into the source material the avatar teaches from.

  • Faculty consent and likeness capture
  • Lecture and slide ingest
  • Tuned together with the professor
02

During lecture.

Students join a Zoom call. They see a 3D version of their professor in the browser. The avatar can teach a class or answer questions in a small group.

  • Sessions of 45 to 90 minutes
  • One to five students per consultation
  • Web search and other tools
03

You see what happened.

Every session is tracked. Engagement, participation and outcomes, by student, by cohort, by module. Useful when a curriculum committee asks how it's going.

  • Engagement timelines
  • Participation by student
  • Outcome indicators by cohort
How it works

Three steps. Configure, lecture, measure.

Three steps for each faculty avatar: configure the teaching graph, run live sessions, and track what changed.

Step 01Configure

Your material becomes a graph.

We extract principles, examples, edge cases, contradictions, and overrides from faculty lecture material. The avatar reasons from this course graph, not from a generic model.

  • Lecture transcripts, slides, and notes are structured
  • Principles and exceptions are mapped into a graph
  • The avatar stays grounded in the course material

Step 02Lecture

It teaches in the browser.

Students join a Zoom call. The avatar shows up as a photoreal 3D version of the faculty member. It can give a lecture, run a small consultation, or pull up a slide.

  • The avatar can ask questions to students during lecture
  • Students can raise their hand and ask a question anytime
  • The avatar takes note of participation

Step 03Measure

You see what worked.

Every session is tracked. Engagement, participation, outcomes, by student, by cohort, by module. The reporting holds up if a curriculum committee asks for it.

  • Engagement is tracked across sessions
  • Participation is visible by student and cohort
  • Outcomes can be reviewed by module

Why universities pick us

Four things universities care about.

01
01

Faculty consent is required.

Avatars are created only with faculty approval, review, and sign-off before students see them.

02
02

Student data stays protected.

Session data is used for university reporting and student support. It is not sold, shared, or used to train models for other institutions.

03
03

It fits existing teaching workflows.

Students join scheduled Zoom sessions from the browser, and faculty can use the avatar for lectures, consultations, and Q&A.

04
04

Reporting supports academic oversight.

Engagement, participation, and outcomes are tracked by student, cohort, and module so programme teams can see what changed.

Who it's for

Four starting points. Same platform.

Some start with one module. Some with the whole school. The platform is the same. Only the scale changes.

01Module-level

A single professor

Running one flagship module. Wants to give every student personal attention without giving up the weekends.

02Multi-cohort

A department

Deploying a few avatars across several cohorts. Wants dashboards to compare modules and adjust as the term goes on.

03At scale

An institution

Rolling out across programmes and campuses. Wants institution-level reporting and a single contract.

04Long-tail

A research centre

Preserving the teaching of a senior researcher across new cohorts of students and collaborators.

Pricing

First-year build. Lower renewal after launch.

New customers start with a 12-month subscription, paid monthly. The first year includes avatar development, lecture development, implementation, testing, fine-tuning and launch support.

Frequently asked questions

The professor sends us their lectures and voice samples. We turn it into the source material the avatar teaches from. Then we tune it with the professor over a few sessions. Nothing reaches students until the professor is happy with it.

Students join the scheduled Zoom session from a browser link, the same way they would join a normal online class.

You do. We don't deploy your avatar anywhere else. Student data isn't sold or shared, and we don't use it to train models for other people.

Every session is tracked. You see participation, attention and outcomes, per student, per cohort, per module.
